Welcome!  For many years we’ve been requested by our appreciative customers to have a web site where they could learn more about our process and a place to make future purchases from us.   To those customers who’ve drug us into the twenty first century, we say thank you for motivating us to create this web site!  In actuality, the process was a lot more fun than we ever thought it might be!

All of our pottery is created one-piece-at-a-time, utilizing both the potter’s wheel and hand-building techniques.  Our clay is Jane’s personal custom blend, created for us in the hills of North Carolina and shipped to us by the ton, twice-a-year.  All of our glazes have been created by Jane and are displayed on the above linked page.

All the chemicals/clays/oxides utilized in our glazes are completely non-toxic in it’s finished form, no lead or barium is used.  We fire to 2300 degrees, which is considered, “high-fired,” resulting in very hard ware, which is food safe, and oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe.
